Unify the import and export of spectral profiles into / from spectral libraries

import ASD, SED, SVC and EcoSIS csv files
unify field names for common attributes like reference and target profiles, as well the reflectance profile
add field for provider specific metadata (as map/dict)
allow to read profiles and profile metadata within QgsExpressions
