Overview

Add a test for doing a certificate rollover as described in: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.11/install_config/redeploying_certificates.html#redeploying-all-certificates-current-ca

Tasklist

Write one or more system tests
Document issues uncovered by the test
Enhance documentation including this scenario, maybe describe additional steps which need to be performed by the administrator

so I won't do that for ocp3.11, it requires many stuff installed like ansible, openshift-ansible etc... for ocp4 it is more posible and I also think we have a system in systemtests which deploys custom certificate of ocp

Ah, I thought of this in the context of IoT where I think @ctron did implement something in the tests.

TBH I don't know for which reason it should be created, description of issue is vague

For IoT it is actually fixed now. And it should be the same for OpenShift 4.x.
