Add sidecar and annotations to monitor KeyDB via Prometheus.

@v0112358 Please see 0.11.0. The exporter is disabled by default. As this is a sidecar container configuration REDIS_ADDR can be hardcoded as cannot be changed inside Pod. Liveness and Readiness probes made in the same style as for main containers. Please take a look!
