uuidv4 usage cause GitOps OutOfSync #62

I started to use this chart in ArgoCD and I will get an OutOfSync every time when I refreshed the config. Can we add the ability to specify static non-existing key instead of uuidv4 usage in ping_readiness_local.sh?

@sergeyshevch I suspected that it's too risky solution :) Will replace it with static uuid with ability to change it in values.yaml.
