Describe the bug Block placement particles always show where the player clicked, not where the block was actually placed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Place a scaffolding
  2. Click on the scaffolding to build upwards
  3. Notice how the block placing particles always show up at the bottom and not at the top where the scaffolding block was actually placed
