Describe the bug When a water bucket is used on a double vertical slab, the water is destroyed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place a double vertical slab
  2. Click on it with a water bucket
  3. "Waterlogged" blockstate stays as false and water bucket it removed

Expected behavior Water bucket should be placed next to the vertical slab as if it were a solid block.
