Move inline css to a file? #146

Is moving the inline tailor css to a file on the cards? If so, please make it a feature we can toggle on/off with a filter :)

Could we also have a "Regenerate" CSS option added as well please :) - I've tried multiple time to resave the content but the frontend.min.css placed in the uploads folder remained the same!
