Wallet does not retain window dimension changes after restart #51

Can we have the wallet remember any window dimension changes made by the user ? I have to resize the window each time I start the wallet.

I think this would be more convenient than always opening up with a default size of 650x450 each time. https://github.com/NAVCoin/NavPay/commit/2ed76da586333c50253bdb53652a4d941babe96e

I noticed this on the Windows and chrome builds.

I'm expanding the dimensions of the desktop builds a bit. I am not sure about saving the user dimensions, this might have to be an "enhancement" added at a later date.
