Create a new navpi version with the updated blockchain and wallet version

Paul and I discussed adding a bootstrap function to the NavPi. Basically a button you can press which will run some scripts: -kill the daemon -pull down the blockchain from build.nav.community -put it into the correct folder -chown the folders -delete the tar -restart the navpi

We can warn the user as well "based on your internet conenction speed this will take: 1MB/s = 30 minutes, 500KB/s = 1 hour, etc"

Changes so far: -updated packages -blockchain and wallet up to date -changed the toolbar links so only chrome is there -changed chrome's homepage to navcoin.org and added bookmarks for navcoin.org, news.navcoin.org and the stakebox ui (127.0.0.1)

I've cleaned the UI up a bit (spelling and such), will get Paul to look at the PR and then merge. I've also hidden the Reindex button
