Uses my beta builds for malilib and litematica for 1.20.3-rc.1 (beta.2)
Converts to official maven for masa's repo
Updates gradle to 8.5

Highlighting the beta nature of things that ought to be looked at, but code base is not changed from 1.20.2.

Let me know when you're ready for the full 1.20.3 release, and I can adjust the Pull Request branch, or if you want to keep using cursemaven, or gradle 8.3, etc.
