Content not refreshing as expected #49

Expected behavior is that certain pages, such as languages and projects, should only stay cached for 5 minutes, but Ross says this is not the case.

Need to make it so that netlify doesn't need to be manually run every time content is edited.

@rperlin-ela when is the last time this happened, or did it always used to happen and you assumed (logically) that it would always be the case?

reason being, netlify announced in mid-december that they now support the expected functionality.

In the kratylos branch i also upgraded Next and Netlify stuff so maybe it's resolved? I'll try a test in a few.

TEST showed up for me without re-netlifying:

i think there's more to it than that, but it's promising to know it's working.
