php8.2-zts 8.2.7 build failed, php8.2 arm missing #35

Arm build missing, because alpine arm packages cannot be build atm on alpine side. Documented at https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/issues/14992

the zts build was blocked because aports was pulled from master and not from 3.18-stable branch. Fixed with 0a74aa4f025cae107bd255cccfae9f8eaacf5039
