Missing 8.3.7-ubuntu image #69

Dropped support or did something went wrong on build process? Unable to find docker image, too: https://hub.docker.com/r/endava/php/tags?page=&page_size=&ordering=&name=8.3.7

I forgot to build the 8.3.7-build (will push the required changes at 9727c1fd752216b97a058a50535dfba04e183a69)
