This is actual garbage malware. All you do is rename loads of files to a random value, rename control panel values (??) and do VBS operations. Clearly, you haven't read the README:

Please don't even bother with opening a thread here/submitting your own malware if:

• you have no idea what you are doing
• you are under the age of 13 (this may be illegal depending on where you live, or at least against terms of service on most sites)
• you haven't read the README (seriously)
• your malware has nothing original about it
• you haven't tested your malware
• your malware requires elevated permissions (administrator) or otherwise specific setup
• your malware is clearly and obviously recognisable as malware etc.
