Hi,

I have a question related to the VM software you are recommended to use.

Is "Virtualbox" capable for a malware testers necessities, like virus testing, and protection?

Please let me know,

Thank you for reading.

Virtualbox should really only be used for beginners. VMware can do more and from my testing, virtualbox has some display lag. VMware does not have this. You can use virtualbox, but VMware is better.

I heard that Virtualbox has some vulnerabilities, is this true?

So virtualbox is for beginners, only with display lag, alright.

Also I've been having issues with Aero in virtualbox.

I just found out that 3D acceleration needs to be enabled in VM settings.
