Its a keygen dude. 4 sure itll be detected as a virus in some way or another.
No actual virus-like behavior
Now, why would @Endermanch make this include malware?
Dude got scared by a VirusTotal detection and started to spread misinforamtion... Like, are You serious?

Has he been talking to ChatGPT about it? (garbage joke alert)
Let's settle it here. Obviously antiviruses would think it was malware because it is a keygen. But it doesn't include malware or any other 'virus-like' software.

Sorry, didn't get the joke)

Yeah, that's what I originally wanted to post. However the issuer's proof that this is malware was so hilarious, that I didn't bother to express my thoughts and posted something random... My bad.
For me, it says: Couldn't download - virus detected XPKeygen.exe was blocked as unsafe by Microsoft Defender SmartScreen.
Right click and press Keep.

Doesn't do anything, I tried.
Most anti-malware products flag any executable with the word "keygen" inside as malware. Seriously, go make a basic C/C++ or C# program which contains the word "keygen" in its assembly name or data section. It'll surely get flagged. Anti-malware products just flag stuff based on the name.
@rlock9 It's not.
Then just run it on a VM if you don’t want to run it on your actual computer
