When withers fight - Engender 1.12.2 #13

Your Input When an engendered wither/wither storm fights another wither/wither storm that's not on your team, they will float upwards until someone dies or when your wither/wither storm gets too far away from you and teleports down. I find that annoying, because I can't easily watch the fight and my mob will teleport down.

Related Problem I don't think there is one yet.

Ender has labeled this as a bug because they are not supposed to do this. He will fix it when he can.

Any engendered mob that flies will have this issue. Right now, if any of your engendered mobs goes too far away, they will teleport to you if you are standing on a block. Flying mobs will constantly fly up with another flying mob infinitely until one dies.

We will be addressing the return teleportation of your engendered mobs and the infinitely ascending mob bug on the next update.

You can check if the target is a flying mob, and if it is, change the AI so that the engendered mob doesn't try to go higher than the target.
