Armor Cannot Be Removed From Any Mob - Engender 1.12.2 #6

Describe The Bug It seems like Wither Skeleton Girls are unable to drop their armor when you try to remove it.

Expected Behavior When shift-clicking, the armor and other items should pop off.

This appears to be more than just Wither Skeletons. Upon further investigation, this affects all mobs that can have items. The only way to take off any item is for the mob to have a helmet. This appears to be coming from the way it detects the remove action. If there is an item in the head slot, then it will remove the item.

This should be an easy fix.
