Bumps gradle to 7.4.2
Updated forge to 1.19-41.0.45
Updated to use DeferredRegistry instead of ObjectHolder API, which is no longer recommended.
Register ItemBlockRenderTypes in FMLClientSetupEvent as this is best practice (and prevents blocks from being accessed before they are registered)
Update place handlers to store a block supplier instead of a block instance as this is best practice

Tested under forge 41.0.45

Placed torches, soul torches, lanterns, soul lanterns, candles and end rod on top of slaps and lily pads

Placed torches, soul torches, lanterns, soul lanterns, and on all side of a slab

breaking block retrieves items placed in them lighting candles and extinguish them works too

no regressions seen
