You appear to have remnants from your last PR (#223) in this. Can you please refresh this branch from master to (hopefully) clean that up?
You are updating Jacob's KJFK, if my commit notes are accurate. Have you checked with him on this? I know it's something of a favorite of his... If not, I'm fine splitting KJFK like you did KLGA

I've actually decided to close this PR. I have multiple updates to different airports that have all accidentally gotten mixed together so I don't want to screw thins up or overwrite other people's work. Will open a new PR once everything is sorted
