In this PR the gaps we left out when coding stoned are filled in. Note to self: don't try to combine startup-starting with an Amsterdam trip ;).

What has added

• Adding a lot of assertions everywhere - better spend some CPU making sure everything is in order than to trust our homo sapiens ape brains
• Include last transactions hash when creating a new transaction. This is required to spend bitcoin (how else to know where the coins come from)
• Add a small script to make payouts to a contentId

Ok, I'm pretty happy with this. Works on my machine (although Blockchain.info refuses to broadcast my transaction due to too low tx fee). Let me know if it works for you @mattgstevens
