Fixes #28

Mechanism for getting and keeping state of the latest FX rates
Converting any currency to Satoshis - the one true currency ;)
TODO:
Display this in the bitcoin-remunerate-web project. Now the json is sent but we don't render the currency symbol.

@fromheten added the ability for currency.convertToSatoshi to handle currency "satoshi" if you are happy, merge away :shipit:
