Trade copier does not handle OrderModifys, TP and SLs are not updated.

Latest trade copier revision on the main website is bogus.

1. Run the trade copier.
2. Execute a trade on the server.
3. Wait for the client to copy the trade.
4. Execute an ordermodify on the server to change the SL/TP.
5. The client does nothing and does not change the SL/TP. No attempt in the 
logs was made.

I am writing this because ethically I believe you should be aware about this 
problem. However regardless of whether you fix this or not, I will never be 
using this software again, and will make sure every trader I know will never 
use this software, because it's untrustable.

While I appreciate reporting the problem - this is free and open-source 
software.  Anyone can look at the code and contribute the fix.

I can say I did the same process and it worked - are you using the latest 
version (binaries from tradecopier.org or the source from here)?

Also, many times an SL / TP is not updated as a result of a broker difference 
between the necessary spread between the price and the SL / TP.  Please let me 
know what brokers you were using on each side, and the width of the SL / TP you 
used to test.
