won't close partial lot #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open full lot
2. close part of the lot
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
instead of exiting totally ad reentering - it would only exit partially 
correctly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Problem has been identified - figuring out a fix since the issue is caused by 
the order id changing in MetaTrader when you partially close an order.
