Invalid Credentials for Reseller ID #21

I am trying to use reseller ID and API key of demo reseller account in configuring Official ResellerClub Module in WHMCS but is showing error "Invalid credentials for ". Also I have added the IP of server where my WHMCS application is installed, in list of Whitelisted IPs of API page of my demo reseller account.

Please assist me why it is not working. My queries are :+1:

  1. Does your Official Resellerclub Module accepts reseller ID and API key of Demo reseller account? or not?

make sure you whitelist your WHMCS Server IP on the API Key page.

The module is pointed to the live environment.

Edit whmcs_install_dir/modules/addons/officialresellerclub/lib/orderboxapit.php and point the url to http://test.httpapi.com/api

I am having the same problem i have whitelisted the server IP but keep getting this error. i am on a live account
