Keyboard layout is switched incorrectly in xwayland applications #54

When I switch keyboard layout in xwayland application, the first time it doesn't change, but LED lights up (I use grp_led:scroll). Next times both layout and LED switch, but LED lights up when I use us layout, but should light up when I use ru. When I focus another window, layout switches to state which LED indicates. In native wayland clients layout switching works as it ought to. I found this issue both in sway and wlc example.
