Remaining metering point functionality

Create MP

• [ ] Send message to energy supplier when a child MP is coupled to a parent MP
• [ ] Cancel Create MP

Update MP

• [ ] Send message to energy supplier when metering point master data is updated
• [ ] Send message to energy supplier when a child MP is removed from parent MP
• [ ] Send message to energy supplier if changes on parent cause changes to prices
• History is not implemented but will be done once there is a use case for it, for instance requesting metering point master data for specific periods. Currently we would not be able to do anything with it as it is not supported in frontend and the grid company cannot request history.

Close down MP

• [ ] Send message to energy supplier once metering point has been closed down
• [ ] When a metering point is closed down underlying child MP's are closed and grid company is informed

Connect MP

• [ ] Send message to energy supplier when a metering point has been connected
