Synopsis

As an MDR I want to be able to differentiate between different runs for the same grid area, day and balance fixing So that we can validate the total production (E18) result

Acceptance-Criteria

[ ] The version number of RSM-14 series is incremented for each time we send out messages for the same day, grid area and balance fixing.
