Get Message in GUI when charge information created in GUI #1884

When creating a new Charge Information in the GUI, we cannot find the message in Message Archive.

This is because the message we create, does not go through the ChargeIngestion.

Accept criterias

[ ] AC 1: When creating a new Charge Information in GUI it should be possible to find the message on the Message Archive page.
[ ] AC 2: When creating a new Charge Information in GUI it should be possible to see the message in the charge price drawer.
