Refactor/provide download urls in outgoing messages #3368

Added download urls for the document endpoint to the graphql document. By doing it this way, we do not have to use the generated http clients. And when we have removed all the api endpoint calls to graphql it should be possible to remove the swagger to client generation from the pipe line
