Seems like the list isn't being maintained anymore. Any good reason to add?

All I see is non-ascii characters and url shorteners blocked.

it's still maintained, but find new iplogger domian, like. "non-ascii characters" is hard

Is there any other repo where they update/maintain the list? Cause what I see from the repo link is their last activity was on December 2018.

Hi, I'm the maintainer of the blocklist, I would just like to clarify a few things: First the list is being maintained, just that I haven't really found any new iploggers (so far) sites. Second I got a "hidden" policy of not removing the domain if it's expired or not used anymore unless the owner of the domain can prove they aren't using it for iplogging (I've been thinking of making a branch that only contains active domains).
