Remove cloudfront.net from Xtreme extension #533

cloudfront.net is a public suffix (see https://publicsuffix.org/list/public_suffix_list.dat). Subdomains of cloudfront.net can be blocked, but this domain itself should never be blocked.

Blocking cloudfront.net is having the side-effect of blocking many other sites, for example developer.mozilla.org, which is a CNAME pointing to a .cloudfront.net subdomain.
