Hint - fix colour #11

Update the colour so it appears to the eye closer to the blue in the DS Figma files. Right now it appears quite grey. This issue was discussed during the last call, and seems there are several options for resolving it.

The colour in Figma is the $deepblue-50 with the hex code of #E1EDFA.
