  1. Terms and conditions should remain in black and not change colour.
  2. Labels shouldn't change colour in general during validation.
  3. The checkbox component and radio components shouldn't change colour either. Validation colour changes would only apply to input fields. Otherwise we just indicate with red text underneath the component itself.
  4. Also brought up in another issue, but we should use text 'required' instead of the asterisk to indicate required fields

This was resolved in the latest commit this week.
