Buttons - add a colorful version and remove outline buttons #37

Per a request from Angela and Linda (our two main stakeholders for this project), they want a version of the buttons that includes colour versus just the black and white options we have currently.

Below is the colour options we would like to add. These button colours were selected because they are all accessible against a white background, however they are not accessible against other backgrounds necessarily. We will address that in the guidelines we add to the button component.

Colourful button variations

@bobbyCHD heads up I just spoke with Angela and she wants to remove the orange option. These are the final 'colorful' buttons options we are moving forward with.
