Allowing user to use the raw IEA data from the table IEAData. This would be nice to have, but is a lower priority.

Users can now select IEA data. It doesn't work for making sankey's (because those rely on knowing the matrix name).

The IEA dataset is not marked as public, so general users cannot see it.
