Make Strage State Problem Page #57

If the user gets into a funky state, they will receive one of Django's problem pages, which look different than the rest of the site and don't offer much help to a user.

Instead, we should have custom pages that show up instead, which offer the users a lifeline, perhaps just a link back to the home page.
