A few improvements to make after João used the site:

[x] Make it obvious that choosing PSUT matrices is a way to bulk download data
[x] Make it clear that one could download data associated with a Sankey or a graph.

The second may mean putting the download button on those plot menus, too, not just for the matrices.

All plots now have the Download Data button, as anything that is plot-able should be downloadable.
