Missing filtering on the IEAMW column #80

We need to be able to choose "IEA", "MW", or "Both".

For example, I wanted to plot

Country == "CAN", GrossNet == "Gross", IEAMW == "MW"

but I could not do it.

Duh. this is now in the database menu.
