refreshed the dataset and changed wording

what happened:

• refreshed the dataset (removed Cooperative Action Network & changed end date to 09/20/2022)
• changed the wording for the credit blurb underneath the table
• redirected front groups w/ no landing page to the 404 page

what's next:

• embed individual pages into the front group pages
