Calculate changes in land use due to changes in ag production

Reduction of animals and feed crops reduce agricultural land requirements. Calculate and output changes in land use (in hectares/acres) due to the policy package.

This incorporates food choices (issue #251), biomass/biofuel use (#14), and also consider whether there is a reverse feedback where land use changes affect agriculture (#90).

Consider which land use categories to establish. Refer to land use models for their categorizations. One possibility:

• Agricultural land
• Former agricultural land (which may sequester some carbon over time) / transitional land / shrubland?
• Forest?
• Peatland?
• etc.
