The share of costs passed through to buyers varies widely by industry according to Claudius et al., 2020 (see attachment, Fig 2). This is important in the EU model where we see large variations in production due to ETS impacts on industrial fuel costs.
Not urgent but would be useful to have included by September when Fit-for-55 report is planned for publication.
