Add GitHub CI and minor changes in types #5

  1. The GitHub CI is based on the one we used in EnergyModelsBase.
  2. The documentation and README was updated to account for the registration of EnergyModelsBase and remove sections that were not required due to the registration of EnergyModelsBase. In addition, minor errors were fixed.
  3. The restrictions on the introduced types were increased to avoid any errors. This includes as well the incorporation of constructors.
