Rename `timeslice` fields to `time_slice` #112

We are currently inconsistent in whether we name things timeslice or time_slice (e.g. the file is called time_slices.csv, but CSV column headings are called timeslice). As time slice is two words, let's just use the version with the underscore everywhere.
