Commodity names of fuels, technology type, and end use are not formatted as for commodities-in and commodities-out. For example, the commodity name "seqCO2 is transformed into "seq_CO2" in CommIN and CommOUT but not when used in the technodata.

An end-use name should be transformed like a name used for inputs and outputs.

Alternatively, care must be taken when commodity names are used because a different transformation can happen either in the commodities-in or commodities-out.
