Currently SolidOperations fails in several situations when there interior loops need to be formed on faces.
https://github.com/LuluWalls/Improved-Eneroth-Solid-Tools seem to have a solution for this, that could be incorporated. It cannot be used directly though as that repo is based on this repo prior to heavy refactoring and code cleaning.
