Infinite Loading & Scroll To #31

Added the ability to determine when you have reached the top of the messages, which would allow for lazy loading
Added a binding to scroll to a specific message in the chat

@EnesKaraosman Looks like the build failed because it is pulling in a version of Kingfisher that requires macOS 10.14, and a version of WrappingHStack that requires macOS 10.15. Is this something that you are experiencing on other branches?
