/fly does not restore state on reconnect #198

when enabling flying with /fly, disconnecting and then reconnecting to the server, commandbook still thinks you're allowed to fly, but you can't fly anymore.

make sure the auto-enable config is on and the player has commandbook.flight.onjoin
