Give to automatically drop excess when full inv #259

Could the give command possibly drop any excess that do not fit in the recipients inventory in front of them?

I'm aware of the -d flag but in cases where for example using the * to give everyone something particular and someone have a full inventory they won't receive the thing.

It's not really a huge deal thing but it's pretty nice and a user friendly way of handling cases where someone is given more than what their inventory currently can fit.

Alternative it could alert them that their inventory was full and tell that they did not receive the item or how much they didn't receive if that is the case?
