Players, when they are chopping down trees, don't always want to chop down the entire tree. Having a simple, togglable, feature for players allows them more choice in how they chop down their trees.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option in mechanisms.yml under TreeLopper to have the option to enable a feature that when a player is shifting, it will only break the one block rather than chopping down the entire tree.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered making a small plugin to give players permission whenever they shift-click to negate craftbook.mech.treelopper.use permission. However, that seems really impractical and could lead to problems with Luckperms and when I am editing permissions.
